ZOPP Business Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ZOPP Business Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Vendor Account

To use our platform, you must register as a vendor and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • You must be a legally registered business in Ethiopia
  • You must provide accurate contact and business information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor on ZOPP, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
  • Maintain adequate inventory for listed products
  • Process orders promptly and professionally
  • Comply with all applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards where applicable

4. Commission and Payments

ZOPP charges a commission on each completed order. Payment terms and commission rates are outlined in your vendor agreement. Payments are processed according to the agreed schedule.

5. Product Listings

All product listings must be accurate and comply with our guidelines. Prohibited items include illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and items that violate Ethiopian law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. ZOPP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
