- How much does ZOPP cost?
- Twelve percent of each completed sale. No setup fee, no monthly subscription, no charge for listing products. If you don’t sell, you don’t pay.
- When do I get paid?
- Payouts are released once an order is marked delivered and the 24-hour buyer-protection window passes. Money lands in your mobile-money or bank account within 48 hours.
- What do I need to sign up?
- A working phone number, your trade licence (ንግድ ፈቃድ), and basic details about your shop. If you sell from a mercato stall without a formal licence, contact our team.
- Who handles delivery?
- ZOPP’s driver network picks up from your shop and delivers across Addis. You don’t need your own riders or vehicles. You’ll see real-time status on every order.
- Which languages does the dashboard support?
- Amharic (አማርኛ), Afaan Oromoo, Tigrinya (ትግርኛ), and English. Product names, receipts, and customer notifications all work in the language you set.
- What if a customer returns something?
- During the 24-hour buyer-protection window, a customer can raise an issue. Our team reviews every dispute. If it’s a genuine return, the sale is refunded before your payout settles — not after.
- Is ZOPP free to join?
- Yes. There is zero up-front cost. You only pay commission when you sell. We don’t charge for onboarding, support, or the dashboard itself.
